Sunny Waters Beach had extra sparkle today—because Jago started his very first shift as a lifeguard! The sea was gentle, the sand was warm, and Jago’s smile was as bright as the sunshine.

A Big Dream, Come True

Jago has always loved the ocean and helping people.“I’ve practised and practised,” he said. “Now I get to keep everyone safe while they have fun!”

Training to the Rescue

Before today, Jago finished a tough training programme. He learnt strong swimming, first aid, and how to spot dangers in the water.“Jago’s a natural,” said Lifeguard Richie. “He’s ready.”

Hello, Team!

Other lifeguards waved as Jago climbed the lookout. Beach families cheered and gave thumbs-up. Everyone was happy to see a new friendly face on patrol.

Jago’s Promise

“I want people to trust me,” Jago said. “We’ll make this summer safe and fun at Sunny Waters Beach.”
