Who is  Richie?

 

Richie is the cheerful lifeguard you’ll see patrolling the shoreline in his bright red-and-yellow kit—often with his trusty dog trotting beside him. He loves a long walk on the beach and a good laugh, but when it comes to rescues he’s all business and always ready to help.
